About me

I’m a PRC-licensed civil engineer currently working at Total Safe Development Construction Inc. (A AA ACAB licensed general contractor) across document control, on-site QA, and cost control functions. My day-to-day spans RFI/RFA/submittal/NCR management, subcontractor coordination, plan review, site inspections with the Project Manager and PIC, supplier evaluation, and supporting project cost monitoring — including rebar works, concrete QA, and method statement preparation.

My long-term goal is to enter consultancy and help shape the lived environment and experiences of the communities I work in — especially here in Bulacan. Currently, I’m keeping a close eye on the Luzon Economic Corridor and multilateral-funded projects as the context I want to grow into.

Manage the full RFI/RFA/submittal/NCR document lifecycle across multiple subcontractors
Support cost control activities including monitoring of project expenditures against budget and flagging cost variances to Contract Admin and Supervisors.
Evaluate supplier quotations and submissions — assessing compliance with project specifications, delivery timelines, and cost competitiveness
Conduct in-situ concrete QA including slump testing, cylinder casting, and demolding verification per ASTM C31
Participate in rebar inspections — checking against approved cutting lists, shop drawings, and structural plans
